PHYSIOS – SKILLS ASSESSMENT UPDATE FOR PR VISAS

πŸ”„ November 2024 Update:The Australian Physio Council (APC) has revised the requirements for the Skills Assessmentessential for certain permanent residency visa applications (e.g., Skilled Visas 189/190).

What You Need to Know:

  • New Requirement for Trans-Tasman Agreement:
    • If you gained registration through the NZ route (but did not complete your degree in NZ), you now need 2 years of physiotherapy experience in NZ to apply for a Skills Assessment in Australia.
